When your feeling down or annoyed, what do you do? do you go and talk to someone? when I’m feeling down or want to have a chat with someone i tend to try and talk to close friends and family members. Having a good “Support Network” is the key when you work lots or don’t have enough time for yourself, Being able to just let off steam and talk to people makes life alot more bearable. With the way i conduct my life at the moment and how ive conducted it in the past I’ve found talking to people really helps with all the work tat I’ve done with Calvert Trust and with the job im doing now, I’ve got someone i can go and talk to away from work. How do you cope?
